Mrs Fabienne L'Hoost, Director General of the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency, had the pleasure of welcoming Pr Mayatta MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, Dr Alexis NDZUENKEU, Director of Legal Affairs of OHADA and Mr Maurice VERMEESCH, Honorary Vice Chairman of CBL-ACP for a meeting yesterday.
During this meeting, the importance of the ODAHA law was outlined for companies looking to invest in Africa and protect their investments through the Court of Arbitration.
