#BEmissionAUS (19-28/10) - DAY 5 - The Belgian Economic Mission to Australia is already coming to an end! The final day began with the traditional 'Success Stories' breakfast, organized by the FEB (Federation of Enterprises in Belgium), followed by an official meeting with Mr Tim Pallas, Treasurer of Victoria and Minister for Economic Growth. The delegation also had the opportunity to attend several seminars: a 'Gateways to New Business Opportunities' seminar (organised by the Embassy of Belgium in Australia), a 'Strength through Diversity ' seminar and an 'Academia-Industry Nexus' seminar (organised by KU Leuven & the University of Melbourne). HRH Princess Astrid and the Ministers also had the chance to follow a presentation by UCB on Childhood Epilepsy and to visit Melbourne University’s Otolaryngology Department at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital.
