On the 4th of June 2024, Mrs. Fabienne L'Hoost, Director General of the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency, was received in audience by His Majesty the King. On this occasion, His Majesty the King granted her the title of Commander in the Order of Leopold.

In preparation of the Belgian Economic Mission to Norway from 16 to 19 June 2024, presided by HRH Princess Astrid, which the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency is organizing in cooperation with its partners, the FPS Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT), the Wallonia Export-Investment Agency (AWEX) and hub.brussels, both a bilateral trade note (in English) and an economic study of Norway (in French and Dutch) have been conducted by the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency.

From 16 to 19 June, HRH Princess Astrid will lead a Belgian Economic Mission to Norway. She will be accompanied by HE Hadja Lahbib, Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs; HE Jan Jambon, Minister-President of the Government of Flanders; HE Willy Borsus, Vice-President of the Walloon Government; HE Philippe Henry, Vice-President of the Walloon Government and HE Ans Persoons, State Secretary of the Brussels Capital Region, responsible for Foreign Trade.
