On 19th February, our colleague Katrien Van Loocke had the pleasure of giving a masterclass on Incoterms® 2020 and International Sales Contracts to the enthusiastic students of the VUB Trade Mission.
The VUB Trade Mission is organised annually by the Social Sciences and Solvay Business School. Students from various fields of study are chosen to maximise the exchange of knowledge. This year’s team consists of 30 committed master’s students in Business Engineering, Business and Technology, Communication Sciences, Political Sciences, Law, Photonics and Bioengineering Sciences.
In keeping with annual tradition, the trade mission team, in collaboration with Inisol and FIT - Flanders Investment & Trade offers committed VUB students the opportunity to acquire international knowledge and practical experience and to represent a Belgian company in growing international markets. Each year, the focus shifts to new regions. For 2026, the students will be exploring the markets of Mexico and South India, 2 important emerging economies on the global stage, brimming with undiscovered opportunities and potential.
