On 30 January 2026, Mrs Fabienne L’Hoost, Director General of the Belgian Foreign Trade Agency (BFTA) had the pleasure of welcoming HE Görkem Baris Tantekin, Ambassador of Türkiye in Belgium.
He was accompanied by Mr Mehmet Kayis, Commercial Advisor and Mrs Merce Kahya, Third Secretary.
This visit was organised in the context of the Belgian Economic Mission to Türkiye (Istanbul and Ankara), which will take place from 10 to 14 May 2026 and will be presided over for the first time by Her Majesty the Queen.
